Blackberry Peppercorn Sauce
Well prepared steaks and chops are only made even better with a rich savory sauce. Peppery heat with sweet acid pair seamlessly in this sauce using Lawrence Foods Blackberry Filling. Can be used with beef, lamb or even pork for a great compliment.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup Blackberry Filling #122311
- 1/2 tbsp Cracked Peppercorns
- 1/2 cup Beef Stock
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup Additional Beef Stock
ASSEMBLY:
- Melt butter and sauté garlic and peppercorns until garlic is toasted
- Deglaze with 1/2 cup beef stock
- Add blackberry filling and stir to combine
- Add heavy cream
- Serve immediately on meat
- Thin with additional stock if desired
