Apple Vegetable Glaze
Bitter vegetables like broccoli rabe or brussel sprouts paired with the sweet tang of apple are a delightful combination. Lawrence Foods Apple Jelly provides a sticky sweet base that works to balance with these delicious vegetables.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Pure Apple Jelly #117406
- 1 cup Honi Glaze #148439
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
ASSEMBLY:
- Heat jelly and Honi glaze just until liquid
- Toss in grilled or sautéed vegetable (baby broccoli shown)
- Serve warm
