Corn Muffins

INGREDIENTS:
- 24 oz Blonde Quick Bread Mix #190152
- 5 oz Cornmeal
- 5 oz Creamed Corn
- 5 oz Water
- 5 oz Canned Corn, drained
ASSEMBLY:
- Mix all ingredients on a low speed with a paddle attachment or by hand until fully incorporated
- Portion into muffin tins appropriately 2 oz for small cupcake size.
- Bake 350F until slight browning on top, approximately 20 min
